I got involved making these templates and pieces and didn't take many pictures in the process. However, here's the finished product on the driver's side. The rivets go into the front of the chassis that "surrounds" the nose and holds the radiator. Although this is clearly an "amateur" piece, it looks much better to me than an open nose.
